Really straightforward on-line order from across the globe. I wanted to send my aunt a birthday surprise and Bixby Petals was able to do that for me. Ordered and delivered on the same day. Of course I was ordering from my timezone GMT which meant it was 2am in California. The online process was very easy and I like that there were options to leave notes or instructions (for just in case) but overall a lot of choices and options for different occasions. So thank you very much for a service well done!

Beautiful bouquet, my grandmother loved it!
