The online ordering process was seamless. I appreciated being able to place a same day order. Their communication was excellent from start to finish. After placing the order, I received a confirmation email, a phone call to verify the delivery address, and text updates throughout the process. They even sent a photo of the flower arrangement before delivery and notified me once the flowers had been delivered. Overall, it was a great experience with outstanding customer service.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
